Yoga Therapy Plymouth
Along side Massage and Remedial Therapies I also offer group Yoga classes and 1 to 1 Yoga sessions. Yoga is amazing for helping us find our center, relaxing both mind and body and helping us to feel happier and healthier in our own personal being. Yoga is also an amazing tool for realigning the body after injury or illness, helping us back to full health.
